Who we are

NoWorkr, CVR 43422618, Ved Stadion 1, 4930 Maribo, Denmark, is the data controller for the personal data processed through this website. If you have any questions about this policy, write to jsp@noworkr.com or call +45 2782 9175.

What we collect

Two things. First, contact details you send us yourself, for example when you email us, call us, book a meeting through Calendly, or submit a process description through the form on this site: your name, email address, phone number, company, and whatever you write to us. Second, anonymous usage statistics through Google Analytics 4, but only if you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner.

Why we use it

We use your contact details to answer your inquiry and prepare a possible collaboration (GDPR article 6(1)(b) and (f)). We use analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it, based on your consent (GDPR article 6(1)(a)).

Cookies and analytics

The site sets analytics cookies only after you accept them in the cookie banner. We use Google Consent Mode v2, which means Google Analytics receives no data before you consent, and ad-related signals are always disabled. Your choice is stored in your browser. You can change or withdraw it at any time with the button below, which brings the banner back.

How long we keep it

Analytics data is stored in Google Analytics for up to 14 months. Inquiries and correspondence are kept for as long as our dialogue is relevant and deleted when they are no longer needed.

Who we share it with

We use Google (analytics) and Calendly (meeting booking) as data processors. We never sell your data. Some processing may take place in the US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data, to restrict or object to our processing, and to data portability. You can withdraw your consent at any time. If you believe we handle your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) at www.datatilsynet.dk.
